As a little kid, teenager to be exact (I love to call myself a kid instead), I heard Tasmin Little playing the violin on a Dutch TV program. I don’t remember which TV program that was. But I loved it. Since then, I listen to her now and then.
So, I want to honour her on my list.
I loved this one so much: La Gitana by Fritz Kreisler.
Edward Elgar violin concerto.
Vaughan Williams: The Lark Ascending.
Sergei Prokofiev: Violin concerto no. 1.
Camille Saint-Saëns: Introduction and Rondo Cappriccioso.
Delius: Violin Concerto.
Ludwig van Beethoven: Violin Sonata No. 9 “Kreutzer”.
A nice piece arranged by Fritz Kreisler: La Vida Breva, Act 2 - Spanish Dance No. 1.
Interview and others.
